Heart Wide Open - Self-Care for Caregivers “Compassion fatigue” is the epidemic of caregivers everywhere. Based on HEART WIDE OPEN, the new handbook for caregivers, participants of this workshop will learn tips, tools and techniques to guide them back into balance and well-being. Self-care suggestions, integrated with music, will leave participants refreshed and renewed. Each participant will receive a copy of HEART WIDE OPEN, filled with practical ways to take those feelings with them wherever they go. This workshop is ideal for caregiver support groups.
Journey to Joy - Ten Steps to Authenticity Nothing robs us of our own energy more than not being true to ourselves. This workshop highlights ten steps to finding your own authenticity, with original music to accompany you along the way. A natural “uplifter,” Sandi shares what she's learned about being in the world with insight, humor and encouragement.
Spirit, Story & Song This uplifting, interactive healing musical journey of singing, breathing and storytelling includes original songs, group singing and active listening. Based on the healing power of music and her experiences in the healthcare field, Sandi weaves a universally heart-opening program guaranteed to nourish the soul.
